Love Island USA host Ariana Madix gave fans a Taste of Reality regarding the ruuuuuhhhhmmuurrrrr and nastiness that one of the girls’ IUDs fell out onto the grounds of the villa.

A clip from LI USA season 7, episode 3 went viral after fans noticed a stray object on the ground which resembled an intrauterine device (IUD), which is a form of birth control.
During the moment in question, the Islanders walk into the villa’s main courtyard for a competition. As the cameras cut to their feet walking up onto the deck, a white, T-shaped item is seen on the ground.
A TikTok user posted a video of the moment and wrote, “Am I tired or is someone’s IUD on the ground????” Soon, commenters were divided on whether it was indeed what it looked like.
“This is insane IT ZOOMED IN ON IT,” one person wrote. “I need to know the back story here I’m cracking up.” Another user wrote, “Those things def don’t just fall out. That’s so not normal, I’m so confused.”
