Ariana Biermann ‘hates’ that the timing of her sentencing – from a 2022 arrest – came at the same time as the premiere of her new show, Next Gen NYC.
Ariana denied drinking and driving:
Kim Zolciak‘s daughter was arrested after she was involved in a car crash three years ago. She denied consuming alcohol before getting behind the wheel.
Just last month, court docs confirmed that Ariana pleaded guilty to reckless driving and possession and use of drug-related objects. Other charges, including a DUI, were dropped by prosecutors.
Ariana was ordered 24 months of probation, pay over $2,000 in fines, perform 40 hours of community service, and abstain from consuming alcoholic beverages or drugs.
The news dropped just days ahead of the premiere of Bravo TV’s new show.
The timing isn’t ideal for Ariana:
“I hate that this is all surfacing right now,” Ariana lamented during an appearance on the Casual Chaos podcast.
“It’s been three years, and I didn’t do it.”
“I was never gonna take any deal or do anything. I denied so many of them because I was like, ‘No, I didn’t do this. I’m fighting this.’”
Ariana slammed the “misconception” that she has a DUI on her record. “I do not. It was dismissed completely. I do not have [a DUI] at all.”
“I was fighting this case. That was two years ago.”
“Then, they offered me this [deal] in August and I said, ‘You know what, I’ll take it. They got back to me in May.”
