7 Little Johnstons star Anna Johnston was all smiles in her mugshot following her arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).
According to a police report obtained by PEOPLE, Anna was arrested in Georgia after officers spotted her car parked on the side of a highway and stopped to investigate.
Anna was reportedly driving her boyfriend, Jeffrey Messervy, and his cousin when an argument broke out between the couple. She subsequently pulled the vehicle over. Jeffrey allegedly told police he was “upset due to Anna driving them around with alcohol in her system.”
When officers arrived at the scene, Anna allegedly had slurred speech. Police also reported that she smelled strongly of alcohol and failed a field sobriety test.
According to the report, Anna was asked to take a breathalyzer test and allegedly registered a blood alcohol concentration of 0.139. She was subsequently arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Anna was released from the local jail the following day after posting a $1,563 bond.
Anna wasn’t the only one reportedly facing legal trouble. According to The Sun, Jeffrey allegedly had an outstanding warrant and was also arrested.
The outlet reported that Jeffrey was being held on a $47,350 bond in connection with 13 counts of misdemeanor forgery.
Anna’s reported arrest comes after her departure from 7 Little Johnstons. The reality star exited the TLC series following Season 16 amid a rocky relationship with her family.
