Real Housewives of Potomac newcomer Angel Massie isn’t staying quiet anymore.
Following Sunday night’s episode, “Lease Is Up, Giddy Up,” Angel took to Threads to address what she says are outright lies about her family and finances.
In the episode, Angel and her husband Bobby are shown packing up their Maryland rental to return to Colorado.
Angel allegedly provided the wrong dates on their short term lease while the couple continues searching for a permanent home in Maryland.
Naturally, the ladies questioned the story—floating theories that the Massies were actually evicted.
Angel wasn’t having it.
Crash Out or Clap Back?
“I have read a million and one lies about myself,” she wrote on Threads.
“Stories people have made up to feed a need for whatever reason to believe I’m some person I’m not.”
She admitted she’s mostly stayed silent, but said this particular episode pushed her over the edge.
“Last night’s episode takes the cake. Gizelle is lying, she has no word on the street because no one knew her on the street before joining this show.”
Angel also addressed criticism surrounding how often she talks about money, claiming those conversations are driven by producers during confessionals.
“The fact of the matter is NONE on this cast can compare. Let’s be clear,” she wrote.
“Week after week I am maligned, lied on by almost EACH member of this ensemble, and y’all expect me to do cartwheels in their presence?”
But the lease speculation wasn’t her only issue.
Angel said storylines were brought to her, not the other way around, and described feeling bullied.
However, some of her sharpest words were reserved for Ashley Darby.
“Girl Ashley doesn’t know Bobby from a can of paint and wouldn’t know a good man if one bit her in the as. She can shut the f** up.”
Angel may be new to Potomac, but she’s clearly not easing into the group quietly.
