Andy Cohen took to his SiriusXM radio show to weigh in on Wendy and Eddie Osefo’s shocking arrest.
“I want to say that like all of you, I found out about the charges against Wendy and Eddie Osefo on Friday morning,” Andy began.
The Osefos are reportedly facing 16 charges — including seven felonies — for allegedly providing false or misleading information involving fraud in excess of $300,000.
Bravo fans (and Bravo’s frontman) were blindsided.
“I’m sad about this; I’m really sad about this,” Andy reiterated.
Andy also maintained he doesn’t have any more information about what happened than we do.
Wendy’s tenure on The Real Housewives of Potomac portrayed a life that couldn’t be more different from what’s in the headlines — one built on education, family, and success.
“She’s always led with education and her solid family values,” Andy noted.
“I’m really thinking about her family and certainly hoping this is all some big, you know, nothing.”
However, before wrapping up, Andy reminded listeners that the most recent Watch What Happens Live episode was pre-recorded.
Meaning there was no opportunity to address the scandal in real time.
