The fake news of Carl Radke leaving Summer House confused Andy Cohen, who, in turn, freaked out an unknowing Carl.
The ruhhhhmuuuur and the nastiness:
ICYMI, a statement that was seemingly written by Carl circulated the internet. The following message was posted to Carl’s X account.
“After much thought and reflection, I’ve decided not to return to Summer House.” After allegedly thanking the cast and crew, he shared, “I’m focusing on my mental health, sobriety, family, and building a life rooted in purpose.”
Carl was marked safe for season 10 of Summer House:
“Carl is not leaving Summer House,” Andy announced, adding that he was bamboozled by the rumor, just like Bravoholics!
“It’s so crazy ’cause I was with, all day Thursday, I was with the Housewives of Atlanta producers from Truly Entertainment, and we were talking about the next season of Summer House.”
“I believe that was the day Paige [DeSorbo] announced that she was leaving,” he explained. “And they were telling me about the casting and taking me through everybody and people’s connections and this, that and the other, and they told me everybody coming back.”
Radke was rattled by Andy’s farewell text:
Andy texted Carl about leaving Summer House, but the Soft Bar founder was clueless as to what Andy was referring to.
“I immediately texted Carl. I said, ‘Hey man, congratulations on a great run.'”
“He goes, ‘What are you talking about?’ Now, I’m sure it was jarring for him at eight in the morning to get a thing from me saying, like, ‘Oh, you’re gone. Bye. Congrats,’” Cohen quipped.
Andy continued, “He was like, ‘What are you talking about?’ I go, ‘Oh, wait a minute.’ I said, ‘I just saw this thing.’ He goes, ‘What are you talking about?’ I go, ‘Oh, this is making sense because I didn’t think you were leaving.’”
He clued Carl in to the tweet. “There’s a fake announcement. Don’t worry. I’m sure it’ll go away really quickly. But I think that’s what made him deny it. I felt so bad.”
