Amanda Frances could be manifesting yet another RHOBH property.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star mentioned on The Viall Files that she has thought about buying Dorit Kemsley’s home, which is currently facing foreclosure.
“I mean, sometimes I consider buying it,” Amanda said on the June 3 episode.
“If it wasn’t so pigeonholed into this one specific style and I thought I could have an easier time renovating it into something that would make us money, I think I would absolutely consider buying it.”
ICYMI: Dorit’s estranged husband, PK Kemsley, purchased their six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Encino mansion for $6.475 million in August 2019.
As we learned on RHOBH, Dorit claims she was “blindsided” and unaware the mortgage wasn’t being paid, as PK handled the household finances.
However, PK alleges Dorit spent nearly $1 million on glam while the home’s financial troubles escalated, accusing her of dragging her feet when it came to selling the property.
Dorit’s legal team fired back, insisting there is no “real risk of foreclosure” and claiming PK is using the threat as a divorce tactic.
A recent auction date was postponed, with the unpaid mortgage balance reportedly totaling around $6 million.
