Amanda Batula is poking fun at the latest batch of rumors claiming she and Kyle Cooke are living separate lives.
If you missed the spark that set this off, DeuxMoi — the internet’s Gossip Girl — posted a blind item alleging the couple had moved into separate residences.
The caption, shared on December 6, read:
“According to several sources Amanda & Kyle are currently living in separate residences and a more permanent split is imminent.”
Cut to Lindsay Hubbard’s daughter’s first birthday party, where Amanda and Kyle took advantage of baby Gemma’s play area.
Amanda hopped onto Instagram Stories from inside the playhouse to “confirm the rumors.”
“This is my new house,” she joked.
“It’s small. It’s kinda all I can afford.”
She wrapped it with a tongue-in-cheek request for “privacy” and thanked everyone in advance for their support during this difficult time.
The moment was clearly a joke, but it’s not the first time rumors about their marriage have picked up traction.
Right before BravoCon, Page Six ran a story claiming the pair were living apart.
At the event, Ciara Miller dodged questions about the breakup rumors, and Amanda acknowledged that while she and Kyle have their issues, they are still married.
I have zero proof of this, but it feels safe to assume that whatever is going on — or not going on — between Amanda and Kyle will be addressed on the new season of Summer House or the upcoming spinoff In the City.
