Amanda Batula isn’t mad at the idea of reconciling with Hannah Berner.
The former Summer House co-stars haven’t had much interaction or conversation despite sharing a close friend in Paige DeSorbo.
Because of Hannah Berner and Kyle Cooke’s feud, Amanda’s relationship with Hannah took a toll.
However, the bathing suit designer revealed she would love to have “full closure” with the stand up comedian.
The former friends have exchanged a few text messages here and there, but nothing substantial.
“I said congratulations when she got married. And I think I texted her one other time,” Amanda revealed on Conversations with Cam.
“Part of me feels like as long as I’m with Kyle, Hannah and I may never be able to reconcile,” she said.
“I think that there’s a lot of history between the two of them there. But yeah, I mean, it makes me sad. I love watching them succeed.”
Giggly Squad
Out of respect for both Hannah and Kyle, Amanda has opted to not attend any Giggly Squad Live Shows.
Paige DeSorbo is the obvious other half of Giggly Squad, who Amanda wants nothing more than to publicly support.
However, she feels it’s respectful to cheer her on from a distance.
“I’m never not there because I’m not supportive. It’s just, again, more out of respect for Hannah.”
“I’m a Giggler. So I love everything they are doing,” Amanda said on the February 19 episode.
The craziest part of this whole story to me is how well Paige can compartmentalize her friendships with both girls.
Hannah and Kyle’s issues run DEEP. Her best friend having issues with her closest friend in the Summer House can’t be easy.
I hope one day Hannah and Amanda can have that conversation so at the very least Amanda can go to a Giggly show!
