The astrologer took to her Instagram stories to clarify her and James’ relationship status and the incident that started it all.
ICYMI: On December 12, 2024, the DJ was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge.
A witness saw “a woman” (who we later learned was Ally) arguing outside of his Burbank home.
He has since been cleared of all charges, prompting his former gf to speak out.

“Thank you all for your support and kindness. I am happy that prosecutors decided not to file against James, as I never desired criminal charges. We had an argument outside of his home related to him drinking again, however, I was not physically hurt.”
“I was shocked by the headlines and disheartened by how the event was portrayed. We are no longer together, but I’ll always support James and wish him the best with his sobriety and healing. Thank you for your understanding.”
I’m glad that Ally seems to be prioritizing herself during this transition.
It tells a lot about a person when they take the high ride publicly, versus airing out “your truth” regardless of the implications.
