Denise Richards‘s estranged husband Aaron Phypers wants half of the actress/model’s money earned on OnlyFans.
TMZ reported the latest from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality and her ex’s messy AF split after obtaining court documents.
Aaron wants a cut:
According to Aaron, Denise makes $200K-$300K per month on OnlyFans. He feels he’s entitled to half because he took the pictures.
In the court docs, he claimed needs the money to pay for his rent and utilities. Aaron says Denise is freezing him out financially.
Clearly, Aaron is doing it all … except working.
He might not have a job, but he has a fistful of lottery tickets. Earlier this month, Aaron came out of a CA lottery store holding a stack of lottery tickets.
He complained, “I am out of money and financially desperate. I am about to be evicted from the residence in which I am living. My utilities (water, power, gas) have all been turned off already.”
While he can’t get a job, Aaron can get lotto tickets. Got it.

Aaron has an excuse for being a scrub:
Denise is to blame for Aaron being without work … according to Aaron.
Aaron claimed Denise stole his health treatment machine and a weight set. Denise’s father, Irv Richards, informed Aaron that she planned to sell those items for cash, despite allegedly not knowing their true value. “I need that equipment to try to make a living, and she is preventing me from doing so.”
“My hope is to be able to use them for business purposes again to make income. Further, I do not have adequate funds to rent a moving truck to pick up the machines. Also, there is a danger of irreparable harm if the respondent carries out her threat to sell them off.”
