Actress/Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards allegedly “bruises easily,” which is Aaron Phypers‘ piss poor reason as to why his estranged wife was seen badly injured on multiple occasions.
Us Weekly reported that Aaron maintained his innocence after Denise accused him of DV. Meanwhile, Denise hopes to obtain a long-term restraining order against Aaron.
Under oath:
Aaron claimed the Drop Dead Gorgeous actress “bruises easily” after he was shown a photo of Denise with a black eye from January 2022. According to Aaron, he didn’t have a memory of the black eye. But, he did recall Denise being “bruised” around the eye at the time in question.
“She would bruise her arms, all sorts of stuff. She’d bruise herself while cooking, falling down.” Aaron claimed he witnessed Denise getting injured “often.”
When speaking about the bruises Denise sustained throughout their marriage, Aaron noted, “It may have been accidentally [done]. I don’t know.”
His lawyer reminded him that he only had to testify whether he witnessed Denise giving herself the bruises. Aaron answered, “No. I don’t feel she was intentionally doing it.”
Aaron claimed during his testimony, “I don’t abuse my wife.” His lawyer then asked about a July 4 incident, in which Aaron allegedly grabbed Denise’s arm “aggressively.” He denied the claims.
What’s to come:
The next court hearing in Denise’s case for a long-term restraining order against her ex will be on Friday, October 17, at 8:30 am.
The court is hopeful to conclude the hearing in one session. But they are planning for two days. If a second date is needed, it will take place on Friday, November 7.
