Denise Richards‘ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, made a vile comparison between his split from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality and Nick Reiner.
TMZ caught up with Denise’s unemployed ex as he exited L.A.’s Van Nuys courthouse when he attempted to stack up similarities between the actress and Nick, who has been charged with the murder of his parents, Rob and Michele Reiner.
Aaron’s case against Denise:
“I never assaulted her,” insisted Aaron. “This is all show. She’s just playing this as a game. It’s like the Me Too movement.”
Aaron was asked what he thinks Denise’s motives are. He responded, “What happened to Rob Reiner recently? There’s a lot of influence there, guys. And I’m not calling stuff out, but do a drug test.”
“When people are on a bunch of substances and washing it down with other substances, what happens?”
“No comment,” concluded Aaron after making all the comments.

Aaron was charged in October with two felony counts of injuring a spouse and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat. He posted his $200,000 bail just hours after his arrest.
The pair is in the midst of a nasty divorce battle. Denise got a temporary restraining order against Aaron following their split, accusing him of physical and verbal abuse.
Aaron denied the claims, but Denise’s photos of her bruised face showed the court enough to earn the Temporary Restraining Order.
Aaron’s arrest came after facing off in court with Denise in October over a permanent restraining order she wanted against him. She was granted a 5-year restraining order against him in November.
