The Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion is bound to rock the Bravosphere … especially after news of Tom Sandoval cheating on Ariana Madix with Raquel Leviss became common knowledge.

Legal analyst Emily Baker pointed out a mistake in Rachel‘s [Raquel’s legal name] restraining order request against VPR OG, Scheana Shay after she allegedly hit the Bambi-eyed b!tch in the eye after learning of the affair.

During an episode of her entertainment news podcast, The Emily Show, the legal analyst shared her “surprise” to see the box on Raquel’s application prohibiting contact “not selected.”

The former beauty pageant contestant failed to check the box to prohibit “contact with the person directly or indirectly, in any way, including, but not limited to, in person, by telephone, in writing, in public or private mail, by interoffice mail, by email, by text message, by fax, or by other electronic means.”

Emily clarified the legal jargon. “It leaves the door open to film if they wanted to film and to third parties, their friends, to talk to the others.”

She continued, “If the goal here is to stop someone from filming a reunion with you, why not check it? They’re not allowed to contact you in any way or through a third person, which means mutual friends.”

“I’m surprised that wasn’t checked,” concluded Emily Baker.
