Million Dollar Listing New York star, Ryan Serhant, got served – legal papers, that is!

The Blast got their hands on court documents that state “Serhant has been named as a defendant in a newly filed lawsuit out of New York. A man, named Aaron Coppelson, has filed a summons with notice against the reality star/luxury real estate broker and the real estate company, Nest Seekers International LLC, along with financial advisor Elad Rahamim and Wells Fargo Advisors.”

What does it mean to “work hard” to you? Is it countless hours “at” work? Is it doing something until your body hurts? Is it working smarter? People throw around the words hard and work so flippantly these days. “I’ll tell you how I did it! I put in that hard work! And some elbow grease!” 🙄 I think hard work is defined by relentless and continuous actions taken to achieve an outcome, without giving up. But @charisse_chassen didn’t just work hard to sell 132 East 74th, our gorgeous townhouse listing that just closed on Monday with an asking price of $9M. She put in 15 calls a day. About 920 emails. She did a killer targeted marketing campaign, which combined with the @serhant_team mass marketing machine, brought us a direct buyer to go to contract within 8 weeks of hitting the market. She didn’t just work hard. She did the work. Period. She put in the hustle. That’s the magic sauce. That’s the secret. Congratulations on another one Charisse 💪🔥

It appears Aaron is suing for, “Fraud, Mistake, Breach of Contract, Uniform Commercial Code, and Unjust Enrichment” and is seeking monetary damages (amount unknown) for the claims.

Do you think Ryan does dirty business? Drop your opinion off in the comments!
