They offer short-term studio space(s) for rent to anyone who is interested in holding a(n) rehearsal, lesson, casting/audition of any kind, open call, meeting, reading, seminar, etc. They also rent their studios as “Lockout” spaces for theatre/film/dance companies who are looking to rehearse their entire production before heading off to their appointed theatres.
