Welcome to Half Baked Co. where we bake with half the fat, calories and sugar but all the same great taste!  We use only the finest ingredients in our deceptively healthy baked goods, such as whole wheat unbleached flour, applesauce in place of half the oil, almond milk instead of cream and lots of other healthy baking alternatives to give you the healthiest and yet best tasting product possible.
