Last week, it was announced that actor/comedian David Spade was slated to host the next season of Bachelor In Paradise.
In another unexpected turn of events, David won’t be the only celebrity guest host of the popular spinoff of The Bachelor.
More BiP hosts?
In addition to Joe Dirt himself, NSYNCer Lance Bass, ‘Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt‘ star Tituss Burgess and rapper Lil Jon will take turns navigating the tropical dating show.
According to Page Six, “The hosts will ‘rotate’ during the season, though it’s not yet clear how many shows each star will front.”
Where’s Chris Harrison?
In case you’re coming out of hibernation, the long time face of Bachelor Nation is “stepping aside as host of The Bachelor franchise,” as per Warner Horizon and ABC Entertainment.
Chris took a break from the franchise after defending former contestant Rachael Kirkconnell who attended an Antebellum south themed party three years ago.
News dropped yesterday that Chris will not return to the franchise.
Making it Instagram official:
Chris did not get the final rose as confirmed on the ‘gram.
“I’ve had a truly incredible run as host of The Bachelor franchise and now I’m excited to start a new chapter. I’m so grateful to Bachelor Nation for all of the memories we’ve made together. While my two-decade journey is wrapping up, the friendships I’ve made will last a lifetime.”
